1/72 Armored VF-25S Ozma Custom (Part 2)

Preview of the tools that I used to build this model kit. Note: I didn't bought all of them in 1 shot. My advise is to only get the tools that you need as you go through the kit building.

Cutters (cut out the plastic parts from the runner), Gundam markers, cotton buds (apply decal, wiping excess ink during panel lining & apply oil to moving parts - very useful tool), craft knife (for cutting decal), toothpick (for aligning decal), screwdriver (for the model stand).

Brushes for painting & applying top coat.

Gundam markers for coloring the pilot & cockpit.

Cement (for joining the hand grip), paint remover for removing excess ink during panel lining, mark softer (applied on top of decal - use this most of the time), mark setter (applied on model surface prior to decal application - seldom use), mild retarder (slow down the paint drying - seldom use).

Grab this from local store for decaling process & also paint mixing. Cheap & easy to use. Hehe.

Paints for missile pods.

Alcohol (for Gundam marker wiping), glass bottle (for brush washing using thinner) & top coat (gloss type) for decal protection & overall model kit finishing.

Machine oil to be applied to those moving joints for smoother movement & easier transformation. Highly recommended.

1/72 Armored VF-25S Ozma Custom (Part 1)

Decided to get this guy after much poisons from the internet reviews. Been torn between Alto & Ozma initially, but choosing Ozma due to his yellow is more striking plus he's the guy that uses the armor most of the time in the Macross Frontier anime.

Got 10% discount for this guy after negotiation. Enjoy the box artwork & its content.
